J.M. Shareen Banu (aged 3 years) daughter of Mr. Jamal Mohideen, Puthukkudi (w) Street, Eruvadi is suffering from Beta Thalassemia Major. This child needs frequent blood transfusions (once in 21 days) for survival.

The permanent remedy suggested by the consulting doctor is to undergo bone marrow transplantation. This can be done through hormone transplanting. Her elder sister, Afrin Banu, aged 6 can donate hormones.

To survive, blood transfusion is a must for this child and that too to be taken on every 21 days without failing. It's been years they are injecting the child, and at this tender age she has to go through all such painful process.

The total amount required to do the operation will be around 10 Lakhs.

Her family cannot afford such a big amount. Her father Jamal Mohiyuddin is working in
